If you’re anything like us, your cookbooks serve more as dust collectors than chef guides.
But, fear not, there’s still a chance to become the next Nigella Lawson or Gordon Ramsay.
On Friday, you will be given the chance to create a magnificent three-course feast by tuning into a live broadcast that will guide aspiring cooks through the process step-by-step.
We’re not just talking garlic bread, spag bol, and fruit salad here.

You’ll learn the works from Comté cheese straws, onion brioche, smoked cod’s roe and ricotta with blood orange and radicchio – and that’s just the starters.
For mains, there’ll be herb-crusted cod, hispi cabbage, smoked butter sauce, sprouting broccoli and Hasselback potatoes.
And for dessert? You’ll be salivating over a tarte Tatin.
In addition to flirting with your flair for flavour, you will also be raising cash for charity and helping homeless people across the UK.

It’s all thanks to Peckham restaurant Levan, who are hosting the cook-a-long, joining forces with Streetsmart.
Ordinarily, Streetsmart raise cash by adding £1 to diners’ bills in participating restaurants and plough the money into supporting rough sleepers.
However, because the pandemic forced the entire hospitality industry to close its doors, they have been exploring different ways to continue their fundraising.

Here’s where you come in.
To join in on Friday, you can either buy a meal kit and have £10 from its cost go towards the charity or you can make a donation which will grant you access to the ingredient list.
During the broadcast, Chef Director Nicholas Balfe will then guide you through the process while entertaining expert Alexandra Dudley will give tips on how to dress your table. Fancy.
