Unlock your creative block with mindfulness Lego kits for adults

Choose between the flower bouquet or bonsai tree

Experts and articles that offer wellbeing advice often tell us to detox from social media and tap into something more creative.

But once you leave school, you sort of forgot HOW to do that.

So, what if we were to tell you that Lego is lending a hand to help adults reconnect with letting go?

That’s right, the building toys giants have just launched a set for big kids with their Botanical Collection that promises to be a mishmash of mindfulness, craftwork and flower power.

The new range features two options – a flower bouquet and a bonsai tree.

The flower bouquet boasts a vibrant display of colours and quirky shapes, inspired by real blooms such as roses, snapdragons, poppies, asters, daisies and grasses.

Meanwhile, the bonsai tress includes interchangeable pieces so you can style your model with classic green leaves or pink cherry blossom.

Bonsai trees are also a traditional symbol of harmony and balance, so can bring a touch of calm to your world long after the creative practice of piecing it together is over.

Better yet, these awesome collections – which both have approximately 800 pieces – use elements from plant-based plastic, which is produced using sustainably sourced sugarcane.

Speaking about the contemporary kits, senior design manager, Jamie Berard, said he was delighted The Lego Group can offer an opportunity to unwind from the daily grind.

Jamie said: “As adults look for new ways to switch off and relax, we’re delighted to be able to help them seek solace from their busy everyday lives.

“Now, they can immerse themselves in creating these beautiful botanical builds.”

Maybe it’s time to swap the annual flowers for Lego ones this Mother’s Day?
