‘Transform your life in three hours’ as film helps with negative emotions

The documentary Deconstructing Sentience is available on YouTube

Many of us spend our life running from negativity, either because it’s too painful to deal with or on our quest to find happiness.

Yet a new film throws light on the need to explore these negative emotions in order to create a shift in consciousness that will allow you to flourish.

Coined an ‘awake-umentary’, the makers behind Deconstructing Sentience: From Chaos to Coherence claim that they can transform your entire reality in just three hours.

Now that’s a bold claim, so what exactly are they promising?

By delving into a variety of theories – namely escapism, programming, epigenetics [study of genes] and the emotional system – the documentary aims to explore human consciousness.

It will do this by examining the marriage between science and spirituality, bringing to life the forgotten power of ancient healing through feeling of what it means to be human.

But don’t just take our word for it, critics are hailing the film as “truly epic”, “cutting edge content”, and “extraordinary”.

The documentary is led by Kristen Gillespie, a counsellor who creates bespoke mental health plans for her clients that include art therapy, regression hypnosis, and yoga healing.

Having embarked on her own road to recovery from addiction, she is passionate about helping others reach a higher state of being so that they can live their best life.

Kristen achieves this by helping people release their emotional trauma and toxic energy from past experiences to cleanse the mind, body and soul.

The film also features interviews with big names who devote their lives to exploring genetics, energy and emotional intelligence, including Dawson Church who wrote The Genie In Your Genes, the first book ever to demonstrate that emotions drive gene expression.

Uspire favourite, and New York Times best-selling author, Gregg Braden features too.

Speaking about why he believes conscious living can have such a huge impact on humanity, Gregg said: “As we embrace the deep truths of our sentience, as we honour this deep, precious gift, we elevate ourselves to the highest levels of what it means to be human, and in that way, we become the greatest versions of ourselves and we create the greatest world possible.”

Meanwhile, the film’s mission statement says that just as society becomes aware of its carbon footprint, we need to focus on our emotional footprint too.

The statement says: “It’s time we all start taking responsibility for our vibrational output in our daily lives at this crucial crossroads in humanity’s evolution.

“What trips us all up is negative emotions. What if there was a blueprint to help you cope with the tough times? Consider this film an instruction manual for thriving in life, with real-life tools and practical solutions to help you deal with your feelings.”

It continued: “Packed full of peer-reviewed science, this is the story of what could happen when more of us become consciously aware of what it really means to be a sentient being.”

Whether you think feeling leads to healing or it is possible to transcend negative emotions to reach a deeper state of self-awareness, this film certainly poses an eye-opening perspective of consciousness and what it means to be a sentient being.
